Avocado-

Avocado & Black Bean

Ingredients

- 2 mediums avocados, peeled and diced sprinkle w/lemon juice
- 1 can (15 ounce) Black beans, drained
- fresh cilantro, rough chopped to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt or to taste
- 3 to 6 dashes of Tabasco sauce, depending on your taste
- 2 mediums tomatoes
- Tortilla chips
- 1/2 small of a white onion, diced

Preparation

Combine tomatoes, black beans, avocados, cilantro, onion garlic salt and Tabasco;Blend well.Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.Eat with tortilla chips or in a burrito.

Broccoli-Soup

Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

- 1 head of broccoli (approx. 1lb)
- 4 cups of chicken broth/vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of coconut cream
- Salt
- Parsley, to garnish

Preparation

Cut the broccoli stalks as thin as you can.

Cut florets and set aside.Bring the broth to a boil and add the sliced stalks. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add the florets to the broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the broccoli is soft.

Remove from heat and use a hand/immersion blender to blend until smooth. If you don't have an immersion blender, let the soup cool a little, then pour the soup into a blender or food processor to blend.

Drizzle the coconut cream over the soup, season with salt, and garnish with parsley.

Serve warm.

Lychee-Smoothie

Lychee Smoothie

Ingredients

- 15 lychees- from the can (u may use fresh ones too)
- 250 milliliters fresh milk
- 100 milliliters evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 200 milliliters lychee water (from the can)
- Ice cubes

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a FP or blender. Blend till smooth.

Pour in glass and add ice cubes.
